卧位纠正臀位一次成功的临床观察

目的 :探讨膝胸卧位纠正臀位的临床效果。方法 :选择 32～ 34周臀位的初产妇 5 0例为观察组 ,在医院由医护人员指导、胎心监护下做膝胸卧位 ;对照组 5 0例 ,教会孕妇方法 ,自行在家每日 2次进行膝胸卧位。结果 :观察组 46例被纠正为头位 ,占 82 % ;对照组仅 7例转头位 ,占 14% ,两组比较差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 .0 0 1。结论 :适时纠正臀位可降低剖宫产率 ,减少围产儿并发症。

A successful clinical observations of corrupting breech position with the decubitus

To approach the clinic effect of correcting breech postition with knee chest decubitus.50 cases of primipara(32 34weeks) were selected as observation group and knee chest decubitus were made under direction of medical worker with fetus heart monitoring,and other 50 cases were as control group,and the gravida was teached and then made knee chest decubitus by themselves two times every day in home.The results showed that 82% of observation group(46/50) were corrected to head position;14% of control group were corrected to head position(7/50);there was significant difference between them ( P <0.001).It is suggested that correcting breech position in time would decrease rate of caesarean and complication of perinatal baby.
