春季发病的精神分裂症患者促炎细胞因子的研究

目的:研究春季发病的精神分裂症是否与感染引起的炎症反应有关。方法:60例春季发病(包括复发者)的精神分裂症患者为病例组,84例同期住院的病情稳定者为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定所有对象及病例组治疗8周后的血清IL-2、IL-6、IL-10的水平。结果:与病情稳定者相比,春季发病者有更高的IL-2(P<0.05)、IL-6(P<0.01)、IL-10(P<0.01)水平,差异具有统计学意义。治疗8周后,病例组的IL-2、IL-6、IL-10水平均明显降低,治疗前后差异具有显著的统计学意义(分别P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论:春季发病的精神分裂症可能与感染所致的炎症反应有关。

Study on the pro-inflammatory cytokine in the serum of schizophrenic patients' onset in spring

Objective:To investigate whether there was an association between schizophrenia onset in spring and infection-induced inflammatory reaction.Methods:60 schizophrenic patients onset(including relapse patients) in spring was the case group,and in the same period 84 patients whose conditions were stable was the control group.The serum levels of IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 were measured with ELISA in all the patients and the case group was measured again after 8-week treatment.Results: Compared to the control group,the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 in the serum were significantly higher in the case group(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01 respectively).Eight weeks after treatment,the levels of IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 were decreased notably in the case group(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01 respectively).Conclusions: Schizophrenia onset in spring may be correlated with infection-induced inflammatory reaction.
