| 摘 要： | 介绍ＡＳＡ－６０１Ｖ神经外科导航系统的研制和初步临床应用，方法应用ＡＳＡ－６０１Ｖ神经外科导航系统完成２４例神经外科手术，分析该系统的优点及其精确性。结果本组２４例导航手术中，大脑重要功能区病变１２例，额叶３例，顶叶４例，鞍区和颞叶各２例，多发性病灶１例。术后２仅２例发生短期肌力降低，手术病死率为零。

| Abstract: | Objective: To present development and clinical use of ASA-601V neurosurgical navigation system. Methods: We used the system to perform 24 cases neurosurgical operations and analyzed the advantages and accuracy of the system. Results: Of 24 cases, 12 cases localized cerebral eloquent areas, parital lobe 4 cases, frontal lobe 3 cases, parasella 2 cases, temporal lobe 2 cases and multiple lesions 1 case. The transiant paralyses occurred in 2 cases, no operative mortality. The average error of the system was less than 2.5mm in using. Conclusion: The system can localize accurately lesions, select the best operative trajectory, find the lesion during the operations and confirm the extent of surgical resection. |
