| 摘 要： | 目的探讨以急性突眼为首发症状的筛窦脓囊肿的诊断、治疗方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析2001年1月～2010年12月经鼻内镜治疗的25例筛窦脓囊肿患者的临床资料,并对疗效进行评价。结果术后所有患者无并发症发生,随访半年以上,显效者23例,有效者2例,无无效病例。结论 CT扫描对诊断以急性突眼为首发症状的筛窦脓囊肿具有重要作用,经鼻内镜治疗该类疾病疗效可靠,具有临床推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the diagnosis and curative effect of the patients with ethmoidal pyocyst whose first symptom was acute exophthalmos.Methods The clinical data of 25 cases with ethmoidal pyocyst initiated with acute exophthalmos were retrospectively analyzed.Results Complains of 23 patients were significantly relieved.2 patients felt better,no invalid case.During the period of follow-up,at least half year,no patient had any complications.Conclusion CT scan plays a very important role in the diagnosis of ethmoidical pyocyst initiated with acute exophthalmos.Transnasal endoscopic resection of ethmoidical pyocyst had good curative effect. |
