护理人员遭受工作场所暴力情况的调查与分析

目的探讨在医院中护理人员遭受工作场所暴力的流行特征及危险因素。方法根据WHO关于医院工作场所暴力的定义,采用自行设计问卷,调查我市两所三级甲等医院中护理人员在2004年4月~2005年4月遭受工作场所暴力的情况。结果420名被调查者中,1年内有234名遭受过工作场所暴力,发生率为55.71%,其中以心理暴力为主(40.24%)。媒体导向(48.29%)、肇事者酗酒(38.89%)、患者病情无好转或自认为无好转(35.47%),是发生医院工作场所暴力的主要原因。结论护理人员中医院工作场所暴力的发生率较高,需针对医院特点开展工作场所暴力防范与应对教育,提高护士应对各种医院工作场所暴力的能力和整体素质。

Investigation and analysis on the workplace violence among nursing staff

Objective To study the epidemiological features and risk factors of workplace violence among nursing staff in hospital.Methods 420 nursing staff from two third-level first-class hospitals in Tangshan City were investigated about the workplace violence from Apr.2004 to Apr.2005 with a self-designed questionnaire.The workplace violence was identified based on the definition of WHO.Results 234 nurses reported that they suffered from workplace violence during the past one year,the prevalence was 55.71%.In which,psychological violence accounted for 40.24%.The main causes of workplace violence were ranked as the negative influence of media(48.29%),alcohol abuse(38.89%) and latency of recovery as expected(35.47%).Conclusion The prevalence of workplace violence was relatively high among nursing staff in hospital.It is necessary to provide education about the prevention and strategies of hospital workplace violence to enhance nurses' abilities to cope with workplace violence and total quality.
