目的 探讨结肠癌术后复发的原因，以期达到早期诊断提高术后复发的治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析1999～2003年36例结肠癌术后复发病人的临床资料。结果 吻合口复发18例，腹腔、盆腔种植复发13例，局部复发6例，腹壁切口复发6例。非手术治疗2例，手术治疗34例。根治性切除14例，姑息性切除11例。根治性切除和非根治性切除病人的中位生存时间分别为26个月和9个月。结论 结肠癌术后复发的预防重在术中无瘤操作，定期随访是早期诊断的关键。应积极手术治疗，以延长生存期，提高生活质量。

Recurrence of colon cancer:a report of 36 cases

Objective To explore the factors related to recurrence of colon cancer for the early diagnosis and improving the effect of treatment. Methods Thirty-six cases suffering from recurrence of colon cancer between 1999 and 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Anastomosis recurrence occurred in 18 cases,abdominal and pelvic cavity transplant recurrence in 13 cases,local recurrence in 6 cases and abdominal incision recurrence in 6 cases.Non-surgical treatment was used in 2 cases,and surgical treatment was used in 34 cases. Fourteen cases were treated with radical resection and 11 cases received palliative resection. The medium survival time of radical resection and non-radical resection was 26 months and 9 months respectively.Conclusion No-touch technique at surgery plays an important role in preventing colon cancer recurrence.Regular follow-up is the key factor for early diagnosis. The recurrence of colon cancer still needs active surgical treatment in order to prolong the survival time and improve quality of life.
