胸骨上窝横切口行胸腺切除治疗重症肌无力(附8例报告)

目的探讨经胸骨上窝横切口行胸腺切除治疗重症肌无力的可行性和有效性。方法对8例重症肌无力合并胸腺增生或胸腺瘤形成的患者行经胸骨上窝横切口胸腺切除术。结果8例患者均经胸骨上窝横切口完整切除胸腺及前纵隔脂肪,无1例患者因出血或无法完整切除胸腺而中转开胸。术后随访3个月以上,症状均明显改善。结论经胸骨上窝横切口行胸腺切除治疗重症肌无力有创伤小、术后疼痛轻、并发症少、住院时间短等优点,是一种安全有效的手术方式。

Thymectomy Through Fossa Suprasternalis in Treating Myasthenia Gravis

Objective To investigate the feasibility and effect of thymectomy through fossa suprasternalis in the treatment of myasthenia gravis. Methods During July 2006 to April 2007, 8 cases of myathenia gravis combined with thymic hyperplasia or thymoma were treated by thymectomy through fossa suprasternalis. Results All the thymectomies could be done through fossa suprasternalis incision. Thymus and fat in anterior mediastinum were ectomized completely. Follow -up was obtained for over 3 months and symptoms improved obviously. Conclusions Thymectomy through fossa suprasternalis in the treatment of myasthenia gravis has many merits such as tiny wound, slight postoperation pain, few complications,short length of hospitalization, etc. It is a safe and effective modus operandi.
