| Abstract: | The author made a summary of his practice on health care that psychological health management was very important and necessary for health management of hospital personnel.The author also put forward some methods to reinforce health management regulation,which included perfecting management institution,establishing health archives,carrying out health follow-up,intensifying health education and so on. |
