诺和锐30对2型糖尿病疗效的临床观察

目的了解诺和锐30对2型糖尿病患者的疗效及安全性。方法40例对象均是2005年1月至2006年1月就诊的2型糖尿病患者，随机分为A组及B组各20例。A组接受诺和锐30治疗，B组接受诺和灵30R治疗。结果（1）2组治疗后各时点血糖及糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平分别与治疗前比较，均有所下降（P值均〈0．05）。各指标治疗前后差值（下降值）结果表明，三餐餐后血糖及HbA1c的下降值A组高于B组（P值均〈0．05）。（2）A组有2例发生低血糖，低血糖发生率为10％；B组有6例发生低血糖，低血糖发生率为30％，2组低血糖发生率差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论诺和锐30对2型糖尿病患者安全有效，值得在临床上推广。

Therapeutic effect of insulin aspart 30 injection on type 2 diabetes

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and security of insulin aspart 30 injection on type 2 diabetes.Methods Forty patients with type 2 diabetes admitted in our hospital during Jan.2005 to Jan.2006 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:group A and group B(20 cases each).The patients in group A were treated with insulin aspart 30 injection,while the patients in group B were treated with Novolin 30R.The levels of blood glucose in every time point and HbA1C before and after being treated in each group were compared.The side effect of low blood glucose was observed and compared.Results After being treated,the levels of blood glucose in every time point and HbA1C of both groups were all decreased(all P<0.05).The lowering values of postprandial glucose and HbA1C in group A were higher than that in group B(all P<0.05).There was significant difference in incidence of low blood glucose between group A and group B(10% vs 30%,P<0.05).Conclusions The insulin aspart 30 is a efficient and safe therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes.
