| Abstract: | A case of haemopericardium occurring during angioplasty of the left anterior descending artery complicated by an occlusive dissection is reported. The haemopericardium was diagnosed and evacuated during surgical myocardial revascularisation indicated by the failure of angioplasty. This complication, though rare, underlines the necessity of a real surgical stand-by for this procedure. |
