51例黄磷烧伤临床分析

对５１例黄磷烧伤病人进行临床分析。结果表明：黄磷对人体毒性大，即使烧伤面积不大，亦可因磷中毒而丧。磷中毒易造成肾、肝等裨性器官的损害。硫酸铜用于烧伤创面用量过大易引起铜中毒致急性溶血性贫血，不可作为黄磷 伤的创面用工。

A Clinical Analysis of Yellow Phosphorous Burn in 51 Cases

Clinically analysed was the yellow phosphorous burn in 51 cases,whose results confirmed the phosphorous toxicity for a human body.Even a small area of burn may cause death due to yellow phosphorous intoxication,which is ready to damage such substantial organs as liver and kidney.At present there is no special antidote and neutralizer for yellow phosphorous burn,so its on-the-spot care is of a great importance.When the fire is put out,the time for washing the wound surface should not be less than 30 minutes.After the admission into hospital,3-degree crust should be excised as early as possible so as to reduce the absorption of yellow phosphorous.Copper sulfate cannot be used as a cure for the wound burnt by yellow phosphorous,for its overdose may give rise to copper poisoning which in turn leads to acute hemolytis anemia.
