还原型谷胱甘肽对糖尿病性心肌病大鼠心功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)对糖尿病性心肌病(DCM)大鼠心功能的影响。方法将健康SD大鼠随机分为正常组(C组)和DCM造模组,DCM造模组腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)建立DCM大鼠模型,将建模成功大鼠随机分为DCM组和DCM+GSH组。8周后行超声心动图检测,血糖、血脂及各项生化指标检测,并作病理学检查。结果与C组比较,DCM组大鼠血糖和LDL—C,TG,TC,SBP,DBP,MBP显著升高(P〈0.05),HR,LVEDD,LVEF,LVFS显著降低(P〈0.05),LVESD有降低趋势(P〉0.05);DCM+GSH组大鼠血糖和TC显著升高(P〈0.05),HR,LVEDD,LVEF,LVFS显著降低(P〈0.05),其余指标与正常组无显著差异(P〉0.05)。与DCM组比较,DCM+GSH组血糖有降低趋势(P〉0.05),TG,SBP,DBP,MBP显著降低(P〈0.05),LVEF和LVFS显著升高(P〈0.05),HR,LVEDD,LVESD,HDL—C,LDL—C,TC,CK,LDH无显著变化(P〉0.05)。结论GSH对DCM大鼠的心功能具有一定的改善作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of reduced glutathione(GSH) on cardiac function of diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM) in rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group(C group) and diabetic cardiomyopathy model group. Diabetic cardiomyopathy rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozptocin. The successful model rats were randomly divided into diabetic cardiomyopathy model group (DCM) and GSH-intervention group (DCM +GSH group). The echocardiography, glucose, lipid, biochemical indexes and pathology examination were detected after eight weeks. Results In comparison with the C group, DCM rats' blood glucose, LDL- C, TG, TC;SBP, DBP' and MBP were increased with a statistically significant difference (P 〈0.05). The difference of lower HR, LVEDD, LVEF and LVFS were significant (P 〈 0. 05). LVESD was lower but the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). In comparison with the C group, the blood glucose, TC of the DCM + GSH group were increased with the significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). HR, LVEDD, LVEF and LVFS were lower with the significant difference (P 〈 0. 05). Other indexes had no statistical significance (P 〉 0. 05). Compared with the DCM group, the blood glucose of the DCM + GSH group was lower, but the difference was not statistically significant (P〉 0.05). TG, SBP, DBP and MBP were decreased with statistically significant differences (P 〈 0.05). LVEDD, LVESD, HDL- C, LDL-C, TC, CK and LDH had no significant statistical change (P 〉 0.05). LVEF and LVFS increased with the significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The reduced glutathione can improve the cardiac function of diabetic cardiomyopathy in rats to a certain extent.
