平台转换技术对上颌前牙区单枚种植修复影响的临床观察

摘    要:目的:评估应用平台转换技术对上颌前牙区单枚种植修复的影响,探讨该技术的临床应用效果。方法:选择45例上颌前牙区单颗牙缺失患者,随机分为三组,A组为对照组,植入种植体与基台平台对接设计的3i种植体,B、C组为实验组,分别植入具有光滑斜面平台转换技术的Osstem GSⅡ种植体及具有粗糙水平平台转换技术的Ankylos种植体。负载12个月后测量种植体周骨高度丧失量并评价软组织情况。结果:与A组比较,B、C组种植体周围边缘骨丧失量及软组织情况差异均有高度显著性(p〈0.01),B、C组间相比差异无显著性(p〉0.05)。结论:平台转换设计有利于减少种植体颈部骨丧失、增进前牙种植修复美学效果,其远期效果可期。
