| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨电子喉镜在鼻咽、喉部疾病诊治中的临床应用价值。方法：采用OLYMPUSENF-VT电子喉镜及配套电视显像系统电子喉镜对2 302例患者进行诊断治疗。结果：对2 302例有鼻咽、喉部症状的患者实施电子喉镜检查,上述患者均顺利接受了检查,并得到诊断,其中对21例怀疑喉部恶性肿瘤患者在电子喉镜下取活检;28例鼻咽肿物在电子喉镜下取活检;62例声带小结、小声带息肉患者在电子喉镜下行摘除手术,68例咽喉部异物患者在电子喉镜下取出异物。结论：电子喉镜检查具有简便安全、视野清晰及不易漏诊等优点,是耳鼻咽喉疾病早期诊断和术后随诊的重要手段,电子喉镜在鼻咽喉疾病诊断和治疗中具有广泛用途。
