| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨上颌窦外提升术不植骨同期植入种植体的方法及效果。方法：30例患者上颌窦通过外提升在不植骨的情况下同期植入种植体共38枚。结果：上颌窦底平均增加骨高度5mm,所有病例均已完成修复,随访3~36个月,平均随访24个月,均无种植体松动脱落,咀嚼功能正常。结论：上颌窦外提升不植骨同期植入种植体,疗效肯定,减少了治疗的费用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of sinus floor elevation for immediate implantation without bone transplantation.Methods:30 maxillary sinus under went sinus floor lifting and simultaneous 38 implants placement without bone transplantation.Results:The average lifting height is 5 mm,all patients had been restorated.In the mean time of follow up of 24 months,there were no implant loose or lost,and masticatory function was normal.Conclusion:Maxillary Sinus floor lifting with simultaneous implants p lacement... |
