| 摘 要： | 目的：评估Straumann种植系统在上颌前牙缺失美学修复的临床效果。方法：2003年7月至2009年7月间,采用Straumann螺旋种植体行上颌前牙区种植修复治疗患者35例,共植入种植体49颗。其中,22例患者接受了自体骨或人工骨粉植入。观察6～72个月,观察方法为X线片、临床检查、软组织及美学效果和患者满意度。结果：1颗种植体在修复半年后出现松动,其余48颗均骨结合良好,种植体6年累计留存率97.9%。种植牙修复后咀嚼功能恢复良好,面容和语音功能有显著改观,种植体周围软组织健康。31例患者表示满意或比较满意,占88.6%。结论：Straumann种植系统修复上颌前牙缺失能获得比较满意的临床效果。但要注意软硬组织的美学处理。
