| 摘 要： | 目的分析和探讨前列腺间叶性肿瘤的临床病理特征。方法对14例前列腺间叶性肿瘤的临床病理特征进行形态学观察、免疫组化染色以及术后随访。结果 10年中共行前列腺穿刺活检1072例,诊断前列腺间叶性肿瘤14例(1.3%),其中原发性间叶性肿瘤12例(86%),包括前列腺特殊间质肿瘤4例(1例恶性潜能不确定的间质肿瘤,3例间质肉瘤)、孤立性纤维性肿瘤3例、胃肠间质瘤1例,梭形细胞肉瘤(倾向为间质肉瘤)4例;继发性间叶性肿瘤2例(14%)。临床表现为进行性排尿困难12例,所有患者经直肠指诊均可触及前列腺明显增大;12例血清PSA 0.06～3.87 ng/ml,平均1.67 ng/ml。结论前列腺间叶性肿瘤主要为原发性间叶性肿瘤,前列腺特殊间质来源肿瘤是前列腺间叶性肿瘤中最常见的肿瘤类型,其次为孤立性纤维性肿瘤,患者往往较年轻。
