未婚宫外孕患者的心身特点研究及护理对策

使用SCL - 90、FPQ及自编问卷对 6 7例未婚宫外孕患者 (未婚组 )及 6 7例已婚宫外孕患者 (已婚组 )进行心身特点的比较研究及护理对策探讨。研究结果显示 :1)未婚组SCL - 90各项统计指标均显著高于已婚组 ;2 )未婚组P分和N分均显著高于已婚组 ;3)因担心舆论压力及术后生育能力 ,94.3%未婚宫外孕患者要求保密。研究表明 :未婚宫外孕患者比已婚宫外孕患者存在更严重的心身障碍。因此 ,临床护理应根据未婚宫外孕患者心身特点 ,在实施以病人为中心的整体护理中加强心理护理 ,促进其心身康复。

The Study of Psychological Characteristics and Nursing Strategies on The Patients of Unmarried Ectopic Pregnancy

Sixty-seven unmarried ectopic pregnant patients(unmarried group)and sixty-seven married ectopic pregnant patients(married group)were assessed with Symptom Check List(SCL-90),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)and a self-developed questionnaire. The results showed that psychosomatic status of the unmarried group patients were significantly worse than those of the married group, P and N value of EPQ in the unmarried group were also significantly higher than those of married group. 94.3% patients of the unmarried group asked for medical staff keeping secrets for them and they also worried about their future pregnancy. The findings indicated that the unmarried group had more severe psychosomatic symptoms than the married group. So it is necessary to pay attention to psychological intervention in the holistic nursing to unmarried ectopic pregnant patients in order to reduce and eliminate their psychosomatic symptoms.
