桥本氏病92例诊治分析

目的：探讨桥本氏病的诊断与治疗。方法：总结了本院１８年来９２例桥本氏的诊断、治疗情况。结果：本组术前临床诊断误诊率为８０％，术中误诊断率为５０％。近年加强综合检查尤其是术中冰冻切片检查，诊断正确率达到９６．８％，结论：术中冰冻切片检查有助于桥本氏病的诊断及治疗方案的选择。

Hashimoto Disease:Experience with 92 Cases

Purpose: To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of Hashimoto disease. Methods:Data were collected on 92 cases Hashimoto disease patients treated at department of surgery of our hospital in recent 18 years. Results:The misdiagnosis rate of clinical diagnosis before operation was 80%, and 50% during operation. The right rate of diagnosis was raised to 96.8% because of the use of comprehensive examination especialy the frozen section examination during operation in recent 3 yesrs. Conclusions:The frozen section examination during operation is helpful for the diagnosis of Hashimoto disease and choosing of therapeutic plan.
