女性尖锐湿疣和假性湿疣的HPV原位杂交检测与病理相关研究

目的 从组织学角度结合ＨＰＶ原位杂交检测探讨尖锐湿疣和假笥湿疣及相关病变的临床病理特点。方法 收集１９６例活检标本，随机抽取典型尖锐湿疣７０例，假性湿疣３０例，相关病变１０例作ＨＰＶ６Ｂ、１原位杂交检测分析，观察ＨＥ组织切片。结果 本组材料中，７０例（１００％）典型尖锐湿疣和３例（１０％）假性湿疣ＨＰＶ表达阳性，相关病变均表达阴性，尖锐湿疣和相关病变ＨＰＶ表达具有显著差异性（Ｐ〈０．００１）。结论

Study on correlation between detection of HPV hybridization in situ and clinicopathology in 196 cases of condyloma acuminata and pseudocondyloma

Objective To explore the clinicopathathological characteristics of condyloma acuminata,pseudocondyloma and correlative pathema with histology and detection of human papilloma virus(HPV) hybridization in situ.Methods Biopsy specimens of 70 condyloma aceuminata,30 pseudocondyloma and 10 correlative pathema from 196 cases were detected with HPV6B,11 hybridization in situ,and investigated in tissue sections by HE.Results HPV positivity rate was 70(100%)cases in condyloma acuminata and 3(10%)cases in pseudocondyloma,while expressions of HPV were not observed in correlative pathema.There was a significant difference in the expression of HPV between condyloma acuminata and pathema.Conclusions There is a close relationship between positivity detection of HPV hyoridization in situ and diagnosis in clinicopathology and no relationship between pseudocondyloma and HPV.
