| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中枢神经系统肿瘤CDKN2基因的丢失情况。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)对81例脑、脊髓肿瘤手术标本中CDKN2基因的丢失情况进行了检测。结果胶质瘤CDKN2基因丢失率为60％，且高级别胶质瘤基因丢失率显著高于低级别肿瘤；脑膜瘤、神经鞘瘤、垂体腺瘤及转移瘤亦存在不同程度CDKN2基因的丢失。结论CDKN2基因的丢失与中枢神经系统肿瘤的发生、发展有一定的关系。 |

| Abstract: | Aim: To evaluate the occurrence of CDKN2 gene alterations in tumors of central nervous system. Methods: Fre- quent homozygous deletions of the CDKN2 gene were detected in 81 cases of brain and spinal cord tumor resection specimens by PCR method. Results: The deletion rate of the CDKN2 gene was 60% in gliomas and was significantly higher in high grade gliomas than in low grade gliomas. The CDKN2 gene deletions were also detected in meningiomas, neurinomas. pituitary ade- nomas and metastatic carcinomas to a different degree. Conclusion: CDKN2 gene loss might bear some relations to the tumor occurrence and transformation in central nervous system. |
