套式PCR检测骨髓移植人巨细胞病毒感染的研究

摘    要:骨髓移植受体由于免疫抑制或免疫缺陷诱发人巨细胞病毒感染常常造成移植失败。应用套式PCR对骨髓移植33例受体和98例供体检测发现,受体人巨细胞病毒的感染率(75.8%,25/33)明显高于普通正常人(57%,56/98),移植后40天可达93.9%(31/33),呈感染上升趋势。结果提示有必要在BMT时对供受体进行人巨细胞病毒感染检测,便于BMT术前选择和术后治疗,以提高移植的成功率。

Study of Human Cytomegalovirus Infection in Bone Marrow Transplantation by Nested Polymerals Chain Reaction

Abstract:Human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection is often found in the immunodeficiency and/or immunosuppression patients after allogeneic bone marrow transplantation (BMT). HCMV positivity rate (75. 8%, 25/33) in the immunodeficiency or immunosupperssion recipients was 18. 8% higher than that of the ordinary population (57%, 56/98) and there was a rising trend of the positivity rate of HCMV infection in the recipients after BMT, up to 93. 9 % (31/33) in the 40th day after transplantation. The results mentioned above hint that it is necessary to enhance the detection of HCMV infection during BMT,which is helpful to the donor selection before BMT and the recipient therapy after BMT,and to the BMT success rate.
