外感风痧片体内抑菌、抗病毒作用的试验研究

目的：考察外感风痧片对呼吸道感染常见的细菌、病毒的体内抑制作用和对动物模型的镇咳、祛痰作用。方法：采用体内实验方法，观察外感风痧片的抗菌、抗病毒作用，采用小白鼠氨水引咳法、毛细管法观察镇咳、排痰作用。结果：外感风痧片对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌感染小鼠和流感病毒性肺炎小鼠有明显的保护作用，并延长小白鼠咳嗽潜伏期、增加大白鼠排痰量。结论：外感风痧片具有明显的抗菌、抗病毒作用及镇咳、祛痰作用。
