| 摘 要： | 艾滋致孤儿童作为社会最弱势的群体之一，不仅承担着巨大的生活重担，而且还承受着各种心理压力。结合“阳光下成长”艾滋致孤儿童关爱活动，对湖北省部分农村社区艾滋致孤儿童心理状况进行调查和个别访谈，发现这些儿童存在明显的孤独、自卑、胆怯、自我封闭、偏激逆反等心态。应制定相应的心理关怀政策，大力消除社会的歧视，全社会参与对他们的关心，开展更多的心理关怀活动，加强艾滋致孤儿童的沟通能力，促进艾滋致孤儿童全面健康的成长。
