| 摘 要： | 科学研究是医院创新和持续发展的主要动力，先进的实验技术平台对医院科研水平的提升起关键的基础性作用。实验技术平台的不断升级和更新保证了医院竞争优势的持续性。本文以首都医科大学宜武医院实验技术平台为例，阐述了我院近7年来实验技术平台的建设、管理和取得的初步成绩，从而说明21世纪激烈竞争环境下，建设新型实验技术平台的重要性和必要性。

Advanced experimental teehnology platform was the basic factor for promoting hospital research performance. Continually updating experimental technology platform insured hospital sustainahle competition power. The construction, management and performance of experimental technology platform in affiliated Xuanwu hospital in recent 7 years was discussed and the necessity and importance of building new experimental technology platform in the 21st century was analyzed. |
