菊三七与参三七对血小板超微结构影响的研究

摘    要:为了探讨止血作用机制,本文用电子显微镜技术进行了菊三七与参三七对豚鼠血小板超微结构影响的研究。结果表明:10%菊三七注射液与10%参三七注射均能使血小板发生伸展伪足、聚集、变形等粘性变形运动;能使血小板细胞膜破损和部分溶解;能使血小板产生脱颗粒等分泌反应,从而诱致血小板释放ADP、血小板因子Ⅲ和Ca2+等止血活性物质而达到止血作用。对血小板的影响程度与用药剂量成正比。两药作用程度基本相同,作用方式相似。它们对血小板超微结构的影响似与凝血酶类似。本研究结果对菊三七、参三七治疗出血性疾病有临床指导意义。对参三七治疗严重冠心病提出怀疑。

Abstract:In order to further understand the mechanism of hemostatic action, a study of the effects of Ju San Qi (Gynura segetum) and Shen San Qi (Panax notoginseng) on the ultrastructure of the guinea-pig platelets with elctron microscope was carried out. The result shows that the 10% extract of Ju San Qi and Shen San Qi added to the blood caused in vitro stretching and pseudopodia of the platelets such as stickydeformative motion (Fig 2~6), bread Kage or partial dissolution of the platelet cellmembrane (Fig 2,7,8), and induced degranulation (α-granules etc.) (Fig 2~9).It is likely that these actions caused the platelets to release ADP and other hemostaticly active substance so as to achieve hemostatic effects. The effects of these two drugs on platelets were shown to be directly propotional to the amount of the drug added to the blood, The effects of both drugs are basically the same. The effects of these drugs on the ultrastructure of platelets are similar to those of thrombin.
