螺旋CT扫描在诊断齿状突骨折中的价值

目的　探讨螺旋CT扫描在诊断齿状突骨折中的价值。方法　对 9例X线片显示为齿状突骨折或可疑骨折者行螺旋CT扫描 ,并分别经冠状面、矢状面多平面重组和三维重建。结果　根据螺旋CT扫描 ,修正诊断骨折类型者 1例、明确诊断慢性骨折者 2例、排除诊断骨折者 6例。文中对螺旋CT扫描的优越性及陈旧性齿状突骨折的诊断标准作了讨论。结论　螺旋CT扫描对诊断急性、陈旧性齿状突骨折及确定骨折类型具有重要价值

The Value of Spiral Computed Tomography in the Diagnosis of Odontoid Fractures

Objective To evaluate spiral computed tomography in the diagnosis of odontoid fractures.Methods Nine patients,who were diagnosed as or suspicious of odontoid fracture on X-ray,were received spiral computed tomography,and then three-dimentional reconstruction as well as multiple-plane reconstructions on coronal and sagital sections were made respectively.Results According to the computed tomographic imagings,the type of fracture was revised in one case,chronic fractures was diagnosed in two cases,and suspicion of odontoid fracture was ruled out in other six cases.The advantages of spiral computed tomography and diagnostic standards of chronic odontoid fracture were also discussed.Conclusions Spiral computed tomography has great values in the diagnosis of active and chronic odontoid fractures.
