马疫锥虫间接免疫荧光试验测定抗双链DNA抗体和抗核抗体

用马疫锥虫间接免疫荧光试验测305例血清抗双链DNA(dsDNA)抗体和抗核抗体(ANA),其中包括50例系统性红斑性狼疮(SLE),43例其它结缔组织病(CTD),76例银屑病,82例其它疾病和52例正常人对照。结果表明全部23例活动期SLE患者显示抗dsDNA和ANA阳性反应,27例非活动期SLE患者抗dsDNA仅1例阳性而ANA24例(88.9％)阳性。其它各组除1例播散性盘状狼疮和1例肺癌外,抗dsDNA均为阴性反应。

DETERMINATION OF ANTIDOUBLE STRANDED DNA ANTIBODIES AND ANTINUCLEAR ANTIBODIES: Trypanosoma equiperdum Immunofluorescent Assay

The sera from 305 persons, including 50 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) , 43 patients with other connective tissue diseases (CTD) , 76 patients with psoriasis and 82 patients with miscellaneous diseases as well as 52 normal controls, were determined for anti-double stranded DNA (dsDNA) antibodies and antinuclear antibodies (ANA) by Trypanosoma equiperdum indirect immunofluorescent assay. The results showed that all 23 patients with active SLE showed positive reactions both to anti-dsDNA and ANA; of 27 patients with inactive SLE, one showed positive reaction to anti-dsDNA and 24 (88.9％) showed positive reactions to ANA;all the other groups of patients except one with disseminated discoid lupus erythematosus and one with pulmonary cancer, showed negative reactions to anti-dsDNA antibodies. The results indicated that anti-dsDNA antibodies were highly specific and sensitive to active SLE, while ANA tests were highly sensitive to all SLE. This method is characterized by the combined detection of anti-dsDNA and ANA. The authors suggest that this method be applied to detect SLE with high specificity and sensitivity, and believe that it might be of value in the high-speed diagnosis and follow-up of SLE.
