肠外营养支持机体抗氧化酶活性的变化及其机制的研究

摘    要:目的:研究肠外营养支持对抗氧化活性的影响。 方法:将临床病人分为肠外营养支持组和对照组,分别观察超氧化物歧化酶和脂质过氧化物活性的变化。 结果:40例普外科病人接受了肠外营养支持肠外营养支持后超氧歧化酶(SOD)的活性升高21.4%,脂质氧化物(LPO)含量下降21.5%,而对照组病人的SOD活性却下降3.2%,LPO活性上升5.8%。 结论:研究证明肠外营养支持可减轻氧自由基(OFR)的氧化损伤

Abstract:Objectives:To investigate the effect of parenteral nutrition on the anti oxidant activity in general patients. Methods:Forty patients with general surgery received parenteral nutrition support.The activities of superoxide damutase and lipoxidase were measured before and after nutritional support. Results:The activity of superoxide damutase(SOD) in nutritional support patients increased in 21.14%.The activity of lipoxidase(LPO) decreased in 21.58%.Nevertheless,the activity of SOD in control patients decreased in 3.2 %,the activity of LPO increased in 5.8%. Conclusions:Our study suggested that PN might diminish the injury of oxygen free radiccal(OFR).
