| 摘 要： | 目的调查医疗废物锐器专用回收箱使用前后我院医护人员刺伤的情况.方法在医疗废物锐器专用回收箱使用前半年及使用后半年,对我院急诊科、注射室及内科病房的医护人员进行每月一次锐器刺伤人次进行记录.结果三个科室共22位医师和63住护士,使用医疗废物锐器回收箱前半年共12人次发生过针刺伤,而使用专用回收箱半年共有2人发生刺伤,发生锐器刺伤的频率明显减少(P＜0.05).结论使用医疗废物锐器专用箱对减少医护人员针刺伤有重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the situation of stab in healthcare workers in our hospital before and after using the reclaiming box for medical sharp wastes.Methods The healthcare workers in the emergency department,injecting room and internal medical department in our hospital reported the accidents of stab 6 months before and after using the reclaiming box monthly.Results There were 22 doctors and 63 nurese in the three departments.It had 12 and 2 accidents of stab respectively 6 months before and after using the reclaiming box.There was a significant reduction in the stab accidents after using the reclaiming box(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of reclaiming box for medical sharp wastes plays an important role in reducing healthcare workers' accidents of stab. |
