甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病不同的治疗方法效果比较

目的：探讨甲状腺功能亢进性心脏2种治疗方法的比较。方法：100例甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病病人随机分为两组,对照组50例,常规服丙硫氧嘧啶加倍他乐克;治疗组50例,在常规治疗基础上加用黄芪注射液,连用14d为1个疗程,,观察FT3、FT4、TSH、左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室舒张末内径（LVEDD）、左室收缩末内径（LVESD）、每搏搏出量（SV）、每分输出量（CO）等指标。结果：治疗组总有效率43例（86.0）%明显高于对照组33例（66.0）%;治疗组LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD、SV及CO治疗前后比较均有显著性差异（P均〈0.01）;治疗组LVEF、SV与对照组比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.01）;永久性甲减发生率两组间差异无显著意义（P〉0.05）。结论：黄芪注射液联合倍他乐克治疗甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病疗效确切。

Comparison of Hyperthyroidism Complicating Hyperthyroid Heart Disease by Different Treatment Methods

Objective：To investigate of hyperthyroidism complicating hyperthyroid heart disease by two kinds of treatment methods.Methods：100 cases with hyperthyroidism complicating hyperthyroid heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,The control group（n=50）,conventional propylthiouracil plus metoprolol;Treatment group（n=50） on the basis of conventional therapy was added injection of astragalus,for 14 d as a course of treatment,The index of FT3、 FT4、sTSH、left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF）、left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVEDD）、left ventricular end-systolic diameter（LVESD）、SV stroke volume（SV）、per minute output（CO） were observed.Results：The total effective rate of 43 cases （86.0）% were significantly higher in 33 cases （66.0）%（）;The index of LVEF、 LVEDD、LVESD、SV and CO in treatment group before and after treatment were significantly different （P all 0.01 ）;The index of LVEF、SV compared with the control group,the difference were significant different（P〈0.01）;The rate of hypothyroidism in two groups were no significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：The curative effect of Astragalus combined metoprolol were precise in patients with hyperthyroidism complicating hyperthyroid heart disease.
