桂西壮族不同年龄组血脂检测结果及其对血液流变的影响

摘要：　目的　研究桂西壮族健康人群总胆固醇和甘油三脂的分布情况及其对血液流变的影响，为本地区预防心脑血管疾病提供实验依据。方法：采用日立7020全自动分析仪及R80血液分析仪及分别检测桂西壮族健康体检者1860例胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）及血液流变学各指标。结果：1860例中TC升高223例（11.99%），TG升高272例（14.62%）,TC和TG均升高167例(8.98%)，高血脂376例（20.21%），30~，40~和50~年龄段TC、TG检测值明显比其它年龄组增高，且高脂血症组的血液流多项指标比脂正常对照显著增高。结论：高脂血症的发生年轻化，与年龄、饮食等有一定的关系，高血脂明显影响血液的粘度，使血液流变多项指标明显增高，提倡合理饮食，培养良好的生活方式是预防高血脂症及心血管疾病的重要措施。

Study on the test of blood lipids and the Effect Of them on the hemorheology in different age groops Zhuang nationality

Abstract]: Objective To study the characters of the distribution of cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) and the effect of them on the hemorrheologic in Zhuang nationality . Methods Cholesterol and triglyceride of 1860 Zhuang nationality public were determined by Analy7060 and their hemorheology by R80. Results The cholestero level increase of 223 people(11.99%), the triglyceride level increase of 272 people(14.62%),the cholesterol and the triglyceride level all increase of 167 people(8.98%), hyperlipidemia 376(20.21%). The TC and TG in the 30~-aged,40~aged and the 50~aged group were significantly higher than the other group （P <0.01）. And the hemorrheologic in the hyperlipidemia group were significantly higher than the normal group.Conclusion The occurring rate of Hyperlipidemia are highly correlated to sex, age, bite etc. The hemorrheologic are highly effect by the hyperlipidemia .hemorrheologic were significantly difference in the different condition,entironment. The scientific for bite and the scientific life style are the import measure to prevent Cardio-Cerebral Vessel Disease.
