| 摘 要： | 目的观察巴氯芬治疗带状疱疹感染后神经痛的疗效。方法69例带状疱疹感染后神经痛的患者随机分为治疗组(37例)、对照组(32例)。治疗组服用巴氯芬，对照组服用卡马西平，其他治疗两组相同。治疗1个月后疗效评价。结果治疗前两组患者年龄、性别、病程、神经痛分布区域无显著性差异，具有可比性。治疗后治疗组总有效率86．49％，明显高于对照组65．63％，且副作用少。结论巴氯芬可作为治疗带状疱疹感染后神经痛的首选药物。

| Abstract: | To observe the curative effect of baclofen for postherpetic neuralgia. Sixty-nine patients with postherpetic neuralgia were divided randomly into baclofen trial group (n=37) and carbamazapine control group (n=32). Two groups received the same basic treatment. The curative effect was evaluated in two groups after one month. No significant difference in age, sex, course of disease, neuralgia distributed area of two groups. The total effective rate of baclofen trial group was 86.49%, significantly higher than that of carbamazapine control group 65.63% after treatment. Lower side effect was observed in trial group. [Conclusions] baclofen may be the first drug to treat postherpetic neuralgia |
