| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱法，同时测定化妆品中凯松和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、乙酯、丙酯、丁酯等５种防腐剂。色谱柱：１０μｍＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８柱；流动相：甲醇－四氢味喃－水（６０：５０：１００Ｖ／Ｖ），紫外检测波长为２８０ｎｍ，样品用流动相超声提取，各组分回收率为９０．４％～１０８．３％，相对标准偏差为１．０％～７．５％。
