RP-HPLC法测定复肝口服液中大黄素的含量

目的:建立以反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定复肝口服液中大黄素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85∶15),检测波长为430nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果:大黄素进样量在0.075 2～0.376 0mg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 96);平均回收率为99.77%,RSD=1.03%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、快速、重现性好,可用于复肝口服液的质量控制。

Determination of Emodin in Fugan Oral Liquid by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE： To establish a RP - HPLC method for the determination of the content of Emodin in Fugan oral liquid. METHODS： The sample was separated on Zorbax SB- C18 column（150 mm · 4.6 mm, 5 μm） with methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid solution（85 ： 15） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 430 nm and the column temperature was 30 12 .RESULTS： The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0.075 2 mg-0.376 0 mg （r = 0.999 96） for the Emodin.The average recovery was 99.77% and the related standard deviation（RSD） was 1.03% （n = 6） .CONCLUSION： This method was proved to be simple, quick and reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Fugan oral liquid.
