补肾抗衰合剂对雄性大鼠垂体性腺轴的影响

目的：探讨补肾抗衰合剂对雄性大鼠垂体性腺轴的影响。方法：给雄性大鼠灌服补肾抗衰合剂1个月后，测定血浆睾丸酮、促卵泡激素(FSH)和促黄体生成激素(LH)浓度，并观察垂体、肾上腺及其附属性腺(精囊及前列腺)的组织学改变。结果：补肾抗衰合剂能明显提高去睾后大鼠血浆雄激素水平，改善附属性腺的功能；但对正常大鼠无此作用或作用不明显。结论：补肾抗衰合剂有希望作为性腺功能不足的辅助治疗药物。

Effect of Bushenkangshuai Mixture on Pituitary-sexual Gland Axis

Objective:To study the effect of bushenkangs huai mixture on pituitary-sexual gland axis. Method:Bushenkangshuai mixture was given to the male rats orally for one month. Then the plasma testosterone, LH and FSH in the rats were assayed by RIA, and the histological changes in pituitary,adrenal gland an d accessory sexual gland were checked. Results:Bushenkangshuai mixture markedly increased p lasma level of androgen and improved the function of accessory sexual glands, se minal vesicles and prostate, in castrated rats. But there was no or little effec t in normal rats. Conclusion:Bushenkangshuai mixture may be used as an drogen replacement therapy in male hypogonadism.
