糖尿病患者饮食管理行动影响因素调查研究

目的探讨糖尿病患者的饮食管理行动的影响因素,特别是自我效能的影响力。方法采用糖尿病饮食管理行动量表、自我效能量表等对141例成人2型糖尿病患者进行问卷调查并进行回归分析,然后选出其中12例进行面谈调查。结果对糖尿病患者饮食管理行动产生好的影响的因子依次是高自我效能者、非在职者、糖尿病知识的自我学习者、有过饮食疗法的成功体验者,其中,自我效能影响力最强。能够坚持进行饮食管理的主要是意志坚强和负担感较少。结论自我效能是糖尿病患者饮食管理行动的重要影响因素。

The Inquiry Into the Factors that Affecting the Dietary's Self-management of the Diabetic Patient

Objective To inquire into the factors that affecting the dietary self-management of the diabetic patient,especially the effect of the self-efficiency.Methods Investigate and regress on the 141 T2DM patients with the Diabetes Mellitus Dietary Self-management Scale and the Diabetes Mellitus Dietary Self-efficacy Scale ,and interview 12 of it .Results That has the positive effect on the Dietary Self-management of the diabetic patient ,first is the high self-efficiency ,then non-incumbent,self-learner of the diabetic knowledge,the patient who has succeed at the dietary therapy before above all,the self-efficiency has the strongest affect. Interview result: insisting on the dietary therapy depends on strong will and less burden.Conclusion The self-efficiency is the important factor that affects the Dietary self-management of the diabetic patient.
