| 摘 要： | 经腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystec-tomy,LC)具有创伤小,痛苦轻,恢复快,腹部瘢痕小的优点,据Rossi报道[1],腹腔镜胆囊切除术的并发症高于开腹胆囊切除术。其中胆道损伤率1.4%,开腹手术的胆道损伤率约为0.2%-0.25%。鉴于LC手术有较高的并发症发生率,现结合我院2003年

| Abstract: | Objective To study the operative technique and preventive methods of the complications for laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods Clinical data of 340 cases undergoing LC were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Results Among all the cases,259 cases were diagnosed as cholecystolithiasis,81 cases as gallbladder polypus.The mean duration of operation was 39 min.Conversions to cholecystectomy were needed in 19 cases(5.5%).Complications took place in 4 cases(1.1 %),of which 2 cases with bile leakage and 2 cases with abdominal bleeding.There was no bile duct injury and death.Conclusion Strictly-controlled indications,skilled performance are very important to prevent and reduce the complications. |
