| 摘 要： | 目的 合成水苏碱并优化其合成工艺。方法 以L -脯氨酸和碘甲烷为原料合成水苏碱 ,并采用正交试验法优化其合成工艺。结果 水苏碱收率达 95 .0 1% ,产物的化学结构经核磁共振氢谱、碳谱确证。结论 所设计的合成技术简单易行。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To synthesize stachydrine and optimize the technical process. METHODS Stachydrine was synthesized from L-proline and CH 3I. The synthetic technology was optimized by orthogonal experiment. RESULTS The yield of stachydrine was over 95%. Chemical structure of the product was confirmed by 1HNMR and 13CNMR. CONCLUSION This synthetic technique is simple and feasiable. |
