医学模拟教学在医学留学生的麻醉学示教课中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨医学模拟场景教学在非麻醉专业留学生麻醉急救技能培训中的优势与作用。方法将2009年28名参加麻醉示教课的在校非麻醉专业留学生,随机分为2组:S组(模拟教学组,n=14)采用模拟场景教学;c组(对照组,n=14)采用传统讲授示范教学。结果S组留学生实际操作考试成绩和对教学效果的评分均高于C组(P〈0.05)。结论在非麻醉专业留学生的麻醉学示教中模拟场景教学法优于传统讲授教学法,模拟场景教学法可明显提高留学生的学习兴趣.利于学生对实际操作技能的掌握。

Abstract:Objective To explore advantages of simulation-based medical education for overseas students on training of anesthesia emergency skills. Methods twenty eight oversea students accepting anesthesia practice course were divided into two groups, each group fourteen. The students of simulation group (group S) were lectured with simulation-based medical education method, while the students of control group (group C) were lectured with tradition education method. Results the prac- tice examination record and satisfaction degree for teaching in group S were both higher than that in group C (P〈O.05). Conclusion The simulation-based medical education was better than tradition education method on training of anesthesia emergency skills for oversea students. The simulation-based medical education may raise the learning interest of oversea students obviously, and it is beneficial to students' mastery of practice skills.
