福建省鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的耐药性变迁趋势的监测

本文首次报道福建省不同来源鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的耐药状况及近十年来的变迁趋势。结果表明:引起人类疾病的鼠伤寒菌具有耐药谱宽、多重耐药严重及耐药率高等特点,其耐药状况明显高于外环境、动物及健康带菌者菌株。近年来,福建省鼠伤寒菌耐药率不断上升,多重耐药菌株急剧增多,耐药谱迅速增宽,对常用抗生素广谱耐药。因此,定期进行鼠伤寒菌的耐药性监测,选择有效药物,并积极寻求消除耐药性质粒的方法,是防治鼠伤寒菌病急待解决的课题。

Surveillance on Drug Resistance and Changing Tendency of Salmonella typhimuriun in Fujian

This paper reports drug resistance and changing tendency of S. typhimvriun of various sources in Fujian for the first time in recent 10 years. It was found that S. (yphimuriun causing human diseases were characteristic of higher drug resistance rate,wider drug resistance patterns and more serious multiple drug resistance than strains from environment, animal and healthy carriers. In resent years,rates of drug resistance were rising continually .numbers of strains of multiple drug resistance were increasing rapidly and patterns of drug resistance were widening speedily. As above-mentioned reasons S.typhimuriun in Fujian had a very wide drug resistance to common antibiotics. Therefore,surveying drug resistance regularly .using effective drugs and searching for methods curing R-plasmids are an urgent problem of prevention and curing diseases caused by S.typhimuriun at present.
