尼可地尔和硝酸异山梨酯片治疗微血管性心绞痛疗效比较

目的观察尼可地尔(Nicorandil)及硝酸异山梨酯片治疗微血管性心绞痛的疗效比较。方法按入选标准,将河北省邢台市第三医院自2009年1月—2011年5月于该院诊断微血管性心绞痛患者100例,随机分为2组尼可地尔组(50例)、硝酸异山梨酯组(50例)。2组分别在使用β受体阻滞剂、钙离子拮抗剂及他汀类药物等药物基础上分别加用尼可地尔及硝酸异山梨酯片。观察患者服药3个月心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、显效率及常规心电图的ST-T改善情况。结果与硝酸异山梨酯组比较,尼可地尔组心绞痛发作次数减少(10±4.8 vs 13±6.1),差异有统计学意义(t=2.73,P0.01);尼可地尔组心绞痛发作显效率明显高于硝酸异山梨酯组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.31,P0.01);2组患者心电图异常改善效果,尼可以尔组优于硝酸异山梨酯组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.81,P0.01)。结论尼可地尔对于冠状动脉微血管性心绞痛有效,且疗效优于硝酸异山梨酯片。

Comparison of therapeutic effect between Nicorandil and isosorbide mononitrate tablets in treatment of microvascular angina

Objective]To compare the curative effect between Nicorandil and isosorbide mononitrate tablets in treatment of microvascular angina.Methods]According to the diagnostic criteria,100 microvascular angina patients who were diagnosed in Xingtai Third Hospital from January 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into the Nicorandil group(50 cases) and the isosorbide mononitrate group(50 cases).On the basis of β-receptor blocker,calcium antagonist and statin drugs,the two groups were respectively given the Nicorandil and isosorbide mononitrate tablets.After three months of treatment,the attack times of angina,duration of angina,obvious effective rate and ST-T improvement of conventional electrocardiogram of patients were observed.Results]The attack times of angina in the Nicorandil group(10±4.8) was less than that in the isosorbide mononitrate group(13±6.1) significantly(t=2.73,P<0.01).The obvious effective rate of the Nicorandil group was significantly higher than that of the isosorbide mononitrate group(χ2=7.31,P<0.01).The improvement of conventional electrocardiogram in the Nicorandil group was significantly better than that in the isosorbide mononitrate group(χ2=7.81,P<0.01).Conclusion]Nicorandil is effective in treatment of microvascular angina,and its efficacy is better than that of isosorbide mononitrate tablets.
