兰州地区年无偿献血者抗-HCV检测结果分析

目的:了解兰州地区无偿献血者抗-HCV传染指标流行情况,以便采取有针对性的措施阻断经血液传播的疾病。方法:对兰州地区献血者血液标本329826(人)份的抗-HCV检测结果作回顾性统计分析。结果:兰州地区无偿献血者抗-HCV检测阳性率为0.877%,且呈逐年下降的趋势,从2004年的1.517%下降到2010年的0.630%。结论:在提高检测技术的同时,应根据当地实际,科学规范的做好无偿献血宣传,从低危人群中招募献血者,才能有效的保障血液安全。

Analysis on anti-HCV test results among voluntary blood donors in Lanzhou

Objective: To analyze the epidemiological characteristics HCV infection among voluntary blood donors in Lanzhou,so as to carry out the effective preventive measures in the processs of blood collection and supply to reduce the risk of blood transfusion.Methods: The data of 329826 voluntary blood donors from 2004 to 2010 were collected and analyzed with retrospective statistical investigation methods.Results: The positive rate of anti-HCV was 0.877% and showed a downward trend that decreased from 1.517% in 2004 to 0.630% in 2010.Conclusion: In addition to improve the level of blood test,we should strengthen the propaganda on the work of voluntary blood donation,establish a low-risk fixed group of volunteer blood donation to ensure the quality of blood.
