| 摘 要： | 目的探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)在膀胱癌诊断和分期中的价值。方法应用二维超声及CDFI检查对43例膀胱癌患者进行术前诊断,在此基础上进行声像图分期,并与手术后病理结果对照。结果 43例膀胱癌超声诊断与病理诊断符合率为93.0%(40/43),超声分期与病理分期符合率为75.0%(30/40),膀胱癌中CDFI显示率为85.01%(34/40)。结论二维超声及CDFI检查对膀胱癌的诊断和分期具有较好的可信性和实用性,可作为膀胱癌检测的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective]To study the value of two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) on diagnosis and staging of bladder cancer.Methods]The preoperative diagnostic was conducted in 43 patients with bladder cancer by two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI,the ultrasound staging was performed on this basis,and the results were compared with the postoperative pathological data.Results]Among 43 cases of bladder cancer,the coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis and pathological diagnosis was 93.0%(40/43),the coincidence rate of ultrasonic staging and pathological staging was 75.0%(30/40),and the CDFI display rate of bladder cancer was 85.01%(34/40).Conclusion]Two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI have good credibility and practicality on diagnosis and staging of bladder cancer,which can be used as the first choice for bladder cancer detection. |
