| 摘 要： | 医务社会工作人才建设是现代社会人才建设体系的重要组成部分，是维系现代健康照顾体系协调发展的必要途径，在医疗纠纷不断增多、医患关系冲突加剧的当今社会，医务社会工作人才建设发挥了非常重要的作用。文章从意义、理论支持、问题发现、原因分析、提出建议几个方面展开了详细的阐述和说明。
