| 摘 要： | [目的]了解苏州市沧浪区医患双方对社区双向转诊的知晓度和患者的转诊意愿。[方法]对苏州市沧浪区1所三级医院和1所社区卫生服务中心的医务人员和患者进行问卷调查,调查内容包括对双向转诊的知晓度及患者的转诊意愿等。[结果]医患双方对社区双向转诊的知晓度分别为37.36%和8.00%;42.00%的患者表示愿意转诊,24.00%的患者不愿意转诊到社区。[结论]需进一步加强对社区双向转诊的宣传,并且加强医院与社区的合作,让社区双向转诊制度落到实处。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the awareness and willingness ofbothway referral between medical staffs and patients in Canglang district of Suzhou municipality. Methods Adopted questionnaire survey to medical staffs and patients in a third-grade hospital and a community health service center. The investigation included awareness and willingness of bothway referral. Results The awareness degree of bothway referral was 37.36% and 8.00% in medical staffs and patients. 42.00% patients accepted referral, while 24.00% did not. Conclusions It is need to broadcast oommunity botyway referral, strengthen the cooperation between hospitals and community health service centers. So to carry out the community bothway referral system. |
