单切口多通道经皮肾穿刺微造瘘钬激光碎石治疗复杂性肾结石

目的评价单切口多通道经皮肾穿刺微造瘘（MPCNL）钬激光碎石治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效。方法从2005年4月～2006年10月采用单切口多通道径路行MPCNL处理复杂性肾结石患者102例。结果术后结石总取净率90.2%,一期结石完全清除率达65.7%,肾盂梗阻解除率100%。手术时间1.5～3.0h,平均2.1h。术中出血50～100mL,平均70mL。术中、术后无严重并发症。结论单切口多通道经皮肾穿刺微造瘘钬激光碎石治疗复杂性肾结石是一种安全、有效的方法。

Treatment of complex renal calculi with Ho.YAG laser lithotripsy by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with single cut and multicenter

Objective] To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the treatment of complex renal calculi with Ho.YAG laser lithotripsy by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy use single cut and multicenter. Methods] Between April 2005 to October 2006 treatment of 102 complex urinary calculi with Ho.YAG laser lithotripsy by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with single cut and multicenter. Results] Total stone clearance amounted to 90.2%, the first MPCNL stone clearance amounted to 65.7%, the obstruction unchain amounted to 100%. The operation time was 1.5 to 3 hours, with an average of 2.1 hours. The blood loss was 50 to 100 mL, with an average of 70 mL. No major complication was noted. Conclusions] Treatment of complex urinary calculi with Ho.YAG laser lithotripsy by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy with single cut and multicenter is an effective and safe method.
