| 摘 要： | 目的评价吞食异物急诊时的诊治程序和最佳处理方法,以便早期提高异物取出成功率。方法对2004年12月~2005年8月来我院诊治的的此类病人101例的临床诊治进行分析。结果仅经电子胃镜操作29例取出25例,成功率86.29%;经喉镜操作72例取出60例,成功率83.3%;其中喉镜操作后再行胃镜操作6例取出4例成功率66.7%。结论依患病情及时选择相应措施并正确掌握吞食异物临床诊治程序,利于异物的取出。内镜对诊治具有重要临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical diagnosis and treatment procedure and method for swallowing foreign matter and increase the success rate of taking out foreign matter early.Methods The clinical data of101cases with foreign matter were analyzed retrospectively.Results The rate of success was86.29%(25/39)by electronic gastroscope,83.3%(60/72)by laryngoscope,and66.7%(4/6)first by laryngoscope then electronic gastroscope.Conclusions The adequate choice of operation according to the state of illness and the perfect procedure of diagnosis and treatment for swallowing foreign matter is helpful to the taking out of foreign matter.The endoscope is very useful in the diagnosis and treatment. |
