高压氧复合星状神经节阻滞治疗突发性耳聋的疗效分析

目的 观察高压氧复合星状神经节阻滞治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 突发性耳聋患者84例,随机分为3组,每组28例:高压氧组(A组)采用高压氧治疗,压力为0.2MPa(2ATA),纯氧加压80分钟,每天1次,10次为1个疗程;星状神经节阻滞组(B组)以1%利多卡因10mL加维生素B12 500μg,行星状神经节阻滞(双侧者交替阻滞),1次/天,连续10天为1疗程;C组使用A组和B组两种方法联合治疗,观察治疗效果及不良反应。结果 三组病例治疗后耳聋症状均有改善,A组痊愈率为21.4%,有效率为64.3%;B组痊愈率为28.6%,有效率为75%;C组痊愈率为60.8%,有效率为89.3%。与A组、B组相比较,C组痊愈率和有效率显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 高压氧复合星状神经节阻滞治疗突发性耳聋的疗效令人满意,值得推广应用。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Combination of High Pressure Oxygen and Stellate Ganglion Block on Sudden Deafness

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of combination of High Pressure Oxygenand Stellate Ganglion Block on Sudden Deafness.Methods 84 cases were randomly divided into threegroups, there were 28 cases in every groups respectively. In group A, High Pressure Oxygen (HPO) wasused and group B was treated with Stellate Ganglion Block(SGB).In group C, both HPO and SGB were used.The therapeutic efficacy and side effects were recorded.Results The effective rate of group A was64.3%, group B was 75% and group C was 89.3%. Group C was more effective than the group A and groupB in increasing the total effective rate of sudden deafness (p<0.05, p<0.01).Conclusion Combi-nation of HPO and SGB was an effective way for the therapy of patients with sudden deafness. It canincrease the total effective rate of sudden deafness.
