| 摘 要： | 目的：建立五种解热镇痛类药的微生物限度检查方法。方法：采用常规法、培养基稀释法、离心集菌薄膜过滤法对五种解热镇痛类药进行方法验证。结果：确立了五种解热镇痛类药的微生物限度检查方法。结论：去痛片、对乙酰氨基酚片可用常规法，安乃近片用培养基稀释法。复方乙酰水杨酸片、萘普生片用离心集菌薄膜过滤法进行微生物限度的细菌数检查。

| Abstract: | Objective:To provide methods of microbial limit tests for 5 antipyretics.Methods:Routine method,medium diluting method and centrifuging and filtering method were used for the verification of methodology on 5 antipyretics.Results:Microbial limit tests for 5 antipyretics were established.Conclusion:Routine method was available for Compound AmidoPyrine and Phenacetin Tablets and Paracetamol Tablets;medium diluting method was available for Analgin Tablets;and centrifuging and filtering method was available for Compound Acetylsalicylic Acid Tablets and Naproxen Tablets. |
